This peaceful countryside painting was inspired by the endless farm fields in Southwestern Ontario, where every turn greets you with cows out to pasture, fences, golden fields of canola or wheat and long driveways leading to picturesque farmhouses and sturdy barns. The way that man and the land cooperate in a dance of sowing and harvesting, can only lead you to believe there is a God and this certainly is God’s Country.
This painting was painted on 1.5” Gallery Depth Canvas. Once dry, a Gamvar satin varnish was applied to seal and protect the painting.
